My experience with Steve was great. Here are a few points that I think any buyer would appreciate: 1. He’s always trying to accommodate my schedule. I have a full time job and was only able to see houses on weekends. He had to come out showing me houses pretty much every weekend and never had any complaint. One time, he had to watch his kid but still offered to show me the house while taking his kids with him. 2. He never pushes me to make any decision. He’s always very patient and listens to what you need. 3. He is very professional and knows a great deal of the housing market. Because of his expertise dealing with different type of sellers, I was able to save a lot of money during the price negotiation. I would highly recommend Steve to anyone who needs to buy/sell a house.
