Established in 2008, Cornerstone Real Estate is a growing firm with a long and increasing list of satisfied clients. CEO & Principal Broker Steve Taylor has a strong business and technology background, including a B.B.A. in Information Processing from The George Washington University and over 20 years’ experience in business and real estate.

Principal Broker Steve Taylor has been selling real estate since 2002. He is not the stereotypical “Managing Broker” but rather an active producing real estate agent, personally handling an average of well over $10M in annual sales for his buyer and seller clients. With a full-time support staff and a handful of sales agents, combined with Steve’s immersion into The CORE coaching program, Cornerstone Real Estate is projected to continue to increase his personal production volume. Born and raised in Charlottesville, Kelsey Klotz has seen the tremendous change and growth that has made the area more than just a busy college town. She has immersed herself in small businesses and charities within the community; assisted with marketing as well as always being a helping hand. Starting with Cornerstone Real Estate in 2018 as an executive assistant, Kelsey plans to help this company grow to help better serve you!
